To ensure that every dollar possible goes toward restoring our historic windows, we offer several ways to complete your adoption:

  • Credit / Debit Card — convenient, but a 3% processing fee is automatically deducted by our payment processor. If you prefer, consider one of the no-fee options below so your full contribution supports the restoration.
  • Venmo — send payment to @masonhouseinn. The product will show as $0 online; your adoption is confirmed once payment is received.

Gutter & Water Management Project

Water is one of the biggest threats to historic and well-loved buildings. The Mason House Inn’s old gutters and drainage systems no longer protect the walls and foundation properly. Your support will fund repairs and restoration of gutters, downspouts, and drainage to keep the inn safe and functional.

Why We Need Your Help

We’ve applied for every grant available, but as a privately owned property, these programs are often closed to us or require large upfront funds. Insurance doesn’t cover repairs of this nature. This sponsorship program allows guests, history lovers, and supporters to directly help preserve the inn for generations.

Sponsorship Levels & Perks

  • $250 – Gutter Section Sponsor: Digital Certificate + Name on Donor Wall
  • $500 – Full Gutter Run Sponsor: Certificate + Name on Donor Wall + One Complimentary Night Stay
  • $1,000+ – Water Guardian: All perks above + Two-Night Stay in Any Available Room
