Cancellation Policy (last updated 5/20/2024)

• Due to the Mason House Inn Bed & Breakfast being a small family business, the following is the updated cancellation policy.
  • All cancellations are subject to a 10% administration fee.
  • Same day bookings are non-refundable.
  • 90% refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours of booking, no refund. You may move the booking 1 time within 12 months of your original booking. If you choose not to move your booking at the time of cancellation, all monies paid for the booking will be forfeited. 
  • No-show guests will be charged 100% of your reservation charges with no refund.
