Main House
- Weekday Rate (Sun–Thu nights): $500 flat (+tax)
- Weekend Rate (Fri–Sat nights): $750 flat (+tax)
- Deposit: $250 charged now
- Remaining Balance: $250–$500 (+tax) due at check-in
- Setup: 6 rooms w/ private baths
- Capacity: 12 people included (maximum 19)
- Additional guests over 12: $15/person/night
- Breakfast: $60 additional for the group
Entire Inn
- Weekday Rate (Sun–Thu nights): $800 flat (+tax)
- Weekend Rate (Fri–Sat nights): $1150 flat (+tax)
- Deposit: $250 charged now
- Remaining Balance: $550–$900 (+tax) due at check-in
- Setup: 9 rooms w/ private baths
- Capacity: 18 people included (maximum 29)
- Additional guests over 18: $15/person/night
- Breakfast: $90 additional for the group
