Cancellation Policy

Mason House Inn — Cancellation Policy
Because we are a small family-run business, the following cancellation policies apply to all reservations.
General Cancellation Policy (applies to all rooms unless otherwise noted)
- All cancellations incur a 10% administration fee.
- Same-day bookings are non-refundable.
- Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a 90% refund.
- Cancellations made after 24 hours from booking are not eligible for refund.
- Rescheduling:
- You may move your reservation one time without penalty, pending availability. The latest reschedule date allowed is October 30, 2026. Rescheduling must be completed before the original check-in date.
- If you choose not to reschedule at the time of cancellation, all monies paid will be forfeited.
- No-show guests will be charged 100% of the reservation with no refund.
Main House or Entire Inn Reservation Policy
(These terms apply in addition to the General Policy above.)
- $250 reservation deposit required at booking; this deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation windows — charged as follows:
- 30+ days prior to check-in: Free cancellation. (Deposit remains non-refundable.)
- 15–29 days prior to check-in: $250 cancellation fee charged to card on file at time of cancellation.
- Within 14 days of check-in: Total amount due in full at time of cancellation (charged to card on file).
- Same-day cancellation: 100% of the reservation amount is due.
- Rescheduling: You may move your reservation one time without penalty, pending availability. The latest reschedule date allowed is October 30, 2026. Rescheduling must be completed before the original check-in date.
