Cancellation Policy 

Due to the Mason House Inn Bed & Breakfast being a small family business, the following is the updated cancellation policy.

• GENERAL POLICY
  • All cancellations are subject to a 10% administration fee.
  • Same day bookings are non-refundable.
  • 90% refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours of booking, no refund. You may move the booking 1 time within 12 months of your original booking. This must be completed before the date of check-in. If you choose not to move your booking at the time of cancellation, all monies paid for the booking will be forfeited. 
  • No-show guests will be charged 100% of your reservation charges with no refund.

• MAIN HOUSE OR ENTIRE INN RESERVATION POLICY 
  • $250 reservation deposit is non-refundable.
  • No Penalty Cancellations – 15+ days prior to check-in.
  • $250 Penalty Cancellations – 14 days or less prior to check in date to be charged to credit/debit card information (gathered at/after booking) at the time of cancellation. 
  • Cancellations the same day as check-in will be charged 100% of your reservation charges.
  • You may move the reservation 1 time within 12 months of your original booking with no penalty. This must be completed before the date of check-in.
